Help filling in the Registration form

1. Fill out the name, address, telephone number and email address. If you have Autofill turned on you can use that to fill out these fields.

2. Choose the tpe of participant you are. "Artist" is the default, but you choose "Gallery" if you are a museum or gallery, or "Other" if you don't fit into any of the otehr categories.

3. Type in the name of your studio, if you have one. For example, don't put Western Ave Studios, that is your location not your studio name. Enter your studio number, if you have one.

4. Choose the location of your studio from the dropdown menu. If your location isn't listed check the "Not on List?" checkbox and type your location in box below.

5. Enter your medium or mediums.

6. Type in a short biography

7. Enter your website URL if you have one.

8. Enter Web image information:
a. Caption (if different from your title)
b. Title
c. Medium
d. Dimensions
e. year completed

9. If you want to distribute maps, click checkbox

10. Optional Signups
Click the checkbox if you intend to signup for:
a. Sending a print image
b. Sending an action image
c. Can host another artist or need space
d. Planning to do a demonstration during Open Studios

After you click insert at the bottom of the page you will be taken directly to a screen which displays the data you entered. Print this page to include with your check and deliver or mail to Van Gogh's Gear.
